How it works
The Awards are open to any recent project, technology or organisation which includes a smart circular economy component.
Who can enter
The Awards are open to all companies and organisations that have made a significant contribution to the water and wastewater sector, with special emphasis on innovative energy reduction and environmental considerations; the sustainable future; financial resilience, and innovation. We welcome creative entries and interpretations! Participants in the WEX Global conference get one free entry into the Awards.

The Judges
Our esteemed panel of eight judges is represented by experts in the water and energy sectors. Once all entries and nominations have been received our panel carefully considers them. The panel compiles a shortlist from which the winners are decided in a closed round of judging. Winners are announced at the WEX Global Awards Ceremony. They are used to promote an innovative future in the industry and will demonstrate excellence through outstanding achievement in relation to innovation, sustainability, efficiency and collaboration.
The Winners
The winners in each category are selected by an international, cross-sector panel of judges. We list the best submitted projects on a special showcase page before the final judging. The winners are announced and trophies presented at the Gala Dinner.
