Meet-4-Business at WEX Global
During WEX Global we typically schedule more than 700 individual business meetings. Before the event every attendee receives a link to a database where they can see important information about all WEX Global attendees. Everyone is invited to submit online a prioritized list of up to 20 people that they would like to meet. Our software will then compile an individual meeting schedule for every delegate based upon those choices, which is sent to you before you even depart for the summit.

An extended themed working lunch where water experts host a table of 10 on a variety of different water and energy related topics. Sign up to the discussion and table of your choice and spend the exchange lunch with fellow water professionals that share the same professional interests and challenges.
Gala Dinner and Innovation Awards Ceremony
The WEX Gala Dinner and Innovation Awards Ceremony will take place on the night of the 2nd of February.

Round Table Utilities Session
Quick-fire intense session where utility leaders host tables of 10 delegates and present the most important challenges they currently face
- Choose a utility and join the table
- Meet the host and table guests
- Participate in an intensive discussion and rapid exchange of ideas
- After three table rotations, you’ll leave the session with a new set of contacts and an insight into the challenges facing 3 key utilities.
Farewell Networking Lunch
The traditional close to WEX Global is a sumptuous 2-hour networking lunch where new relationship can be cemented and those all important future business meetings confirmed before the departure for home.
