WEX Global Awards 2023 – entry deadline extended to 21st February!
The WEX Global Awards 2023 are fast approaching, bringing with them the opportunity to showcase the best examples of innovative circular economy strategies in the water sector.
Deadline extension to 21st February 2023!
There is still time to submit your entries. We would like to thank everyone that has submitted their entries in a timely fashion. However, due to the significant number of requests we have received asking for an extension to the entry deadline we have decided to extend the deadline until the 21st February, thus enabling us to consider the widest possible range of entries. It is the perfect occasion to do the important work of publicly broadcasting the latest innovations in the water and energy sectors and pave the way for those to come.
What are the WEX Global Awards?
Water lies at the heart of everything. Its depletion and pollution has devastating consequences but the systems and technologies to meet the challenges are already out there. Utilities together with industrial and agricultural water users worldwide are seeking innovative circular economy solutions for a wide range of applications.
At WEX Global, we want to accelerate change by broadcasting the best examples of circular economy strategies and digital transformation in the water sector. To this end, please submit your entries for the WEX Awards now and tell us about your achievements. In 2022, the winners of the WEX Global Awards included:
- CirTec BV whose technology extracts cellulose from sewage to be recycled into new materials for the production of asphalt and insulation;
- Isle Utilities with their Trial Reservoir, a pool of money which provides funding to test new technologies in utilities anywhere in the world;
- Barbara IoT a revolutionary IOT platform which reduces operating costs through real time automation;
- MIYA for outstanding achievement in reducing NRW in the Bahamas; and
- Desalytics for their unique approach to conquering the challenges of water marketing in Sub-Saharan Africa.
