Ryan Welsh is the Chief Engineer at the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati. In this role, he manages the District’s engineering division staff and its capital program. This responsibility includes capital asset management (projects budgets: up to 15 millions), as well as management of planning, design, and construction activities for wastewater treatment and collection system projects. Ryan is a licensed professional engineer, a licensed wastewater plant operator, and he holds engineering degrees from the University of Cincinnati and from MIT.
