Announcing Water Alliance

The Netherlands will once again join WEX Global 2026 as Country Technology Partner, showcasing Dutch excellence in water and environmental technology and strengthening international partnerships and connections.

As the network and industry organization for the Dutch water and environmental technology sector, Water Alliance represents over 200 member companies ranging from innovative start-ups to established multinationals. By fostering collaboration, providing tailored business support, and leveraging a strong global network, they help accelerate the growth and impact of Dutch water tech innovations. Together, they empower the water technology sector to tackle the world’s most pressing water challenges.

Their participation at WEX Global is made possible through WTEX10, a program to accelerate Dutch water technology export, powered by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management and Top Sector Water & Maritime. The program supports Dutch companies in expanding their international reach and strengthening their global partnerships.

At WEX Global 2026, Water Alliance will host the NL Lounge (Dutch Café), a vibrant meeting point where key players from across the global water community can connect with Dutch innovators. Through matchmaking, networking events, and shared branding, they aim to build bridges, foster collaborations, and highlight the Netherlands’ contribution to solving today’s water and climate challenges.
