Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC), established in 2003 and owned by the Ministry of Finance, is a leading force in Saudi Arabia’s water sector, supporting Vision 2030. As the principal buyer of all types of water, SWPC manages a diverse portfolio of projects—including Independent Water Plants, Sewage Treatment, Water Transmission, and Strategic Reservoirs—through innovative Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). The company has attracted over $15 billion in private-sector investment and currently oversees 50 projects, showcasing its leadership in delivering sustainable, innovative water solutions for the Kingdom.

As our Collaboration Day Collaborative Impact Partner, SWPC will deliver a keynote and lead the session on ‘Collaborating for Impact: Transformative PPP Models in the Water Sector’.
